I'm Jennifer, many of you might recognize me from my YouTube channel, @OurLeanJourney where I share my weight loss and healthy living experiences.
When I first started my weight loss journey, I struggled to figure out which foods to eat. I tried different diets but nothing seemed to work.
I decided to take matters into my own hands, I started tracking everything I ate and how it made me feel. It was tough at first, but I soon saw patterns and correlations.
Through this experiment, I discovered the foods that worked best and those that didn't. I learned how to create healthy and delicious meals that helped me lose over 65 lbs! And now, I want to share these ultimate meals with you! so you can achieve your weight loss goals too.
