These terms and conditions govern the sale of digital products and services by Our Lean Journey, which is registered in the United Kingdom. 

The term “Digital Products” refers to meal plans, recipes, and documents created and sold by Our Lean Journey.

 It is important to review our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy in conjunction with these Terms of Service. 

Please note that Our Lean Journey Plans are not intended for any specific medical condition. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any of our plans.

Online Meal Plans and Programs

Our Lean Journey plans include recipes, ingredient lists, and meal plans. These preset plans are designed for maximum efficiency and are intended to be used as is. 

Substitute ingredients can be provided through the support medium provided at the time of checkout.

Please note that it is not possible for us to cater to all allergies on our preset plans. However, Our Lean Journey Team can recommend acceptable substitutes upon request by the plan purchaser. If you have any concerns about allergies, please contact us before making a purchase. 

The information provided regarding allergies is not intended as professional advice, and Our Lean Journey Team takes no responsibility for any adverse effects resulting from such advice. In case of doubt, please consult your doctor.

Some of Our Lean Journey plans include recommended exercises, it is important to listen to your body and stay within your capability. If you have any medical or health conditions that prevent you from exercising, please consult with your doctor before proceeding.

Terms of Use

Our Lean Journey holds exclusive rights to all intellectual property for materials in our plans and is the copyright holder and licensee. 

When you purchase access to the Digital Products, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. 

It is prohibited to share or publish the Digital Products or your login details with anyone else. If you wish to purchase as a gift for family and friends, please contact us.

The plans purchased are intended for personal use only and should not be used for any other purpose other than personal fitness and nutrition. 

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. It is the user’s responsibility to download and save their plans for future use. 

It is the user’s responsibility to save a copy of all material provided during challenges for future use, as we will be unable to provide these materials after the challenges. 

Additional downloads may be available for an additional cost.

For programs and courses delivered through our teachable platform, you will have access for the duration stated on the product page. 

Plan Related Support

Our Lean Journey plans come with 14 days of email support upon purchase. Please review the support notes on the plan pages before making a purchase. For multiple plan purchases, your email support will be cumulative from the date of purchase.

If you wish to delay the start of your plan support, written notice via email is required. Plan support can only be delayed by a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

By purchasing a plan, you agree that we do not provide support via social media channels such as Instagram (DM or comments), Twitter, or Youtube comments. All plan-related questions should be directed to the support medium chosen at the time of checkout or through our contact form. Support will be provided for the duration for which you have paid.

Please note that our office hours are 9 am to 4 pm GMT. Questions received on weekends may not be attended to until the following Monday.

Support for Challenges

Details regarding support during challenges will be provided at the time of registration. Challenge support is only valid for the duration of the challenges.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete international phone number as requested for challenges. Failure to do so may result in delays in accessing the support groups.

If you are registering for a challenge after the challenge start date and wish to be added to the challenge group (during the challenge), please use the contact page to request this.

Information/Content Provided

Information provided and obtained during the purchase process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will always ask for permission before publishing progress photos and images that contain identifying markers (such as a face) to the public at large. This permission may come in the form of a direct message (via social media), email, comments on social media posts, and/or phone calls. If we receive your approval, we will use said photo or material until we receive express written notice requesting that we stop using the content.

Purchase and refund Policy

By making a purchase of Digital Products on this website, you are agreeing to these terms and forming a contract with Our Lean Journey, a company based in the United Kingdom.

All prices listed on the website are in the currency selected at checkout, with USD as the base currency.

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the plan they are purchasing is the intended one. If an incorrect plan was accidentally purchased, we cannot offer refunds since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening

Discounts & Coupons: If the user has a discount or coupon to use at the time of purchase, it is their responsibility to ensure that the coupon is applied before finalizing the payment. We are unable to apply discounts or coupons to completed orders retrospectively.

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals in poor health or who act in bad faith.

Your Privacy

Protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. If you choose to receive information about related Digital Products from Our Lean Journey, we will occasionally send you emails about them. Other than that, we will only contact you in direct relation to the items you have purchased from us. We will never sell or rent your personal information.
